1. Shipping Carriers
We partner with multiple carriers, including USPS, Ontrac, Yun Express, Yanwen Express, SDH Express, and others. The carrier for your order is selected based on your delivery location and the type of product ordered. We are unable to accommodate specific carrier requests. Our goal is to ensure your order is delivered as quickly and safely as possible.
Please note: Sunflowtee is responsible for printing and shipping orders on time using the selected service. However, delays caused by carriers—due to holidays, weather, or natural disasters—are beyond our control. We’ll always do our best to support you in resolving any issues.
2. Business Days
“Business days” refer to weekdays (Monday through Friday), excluding U.S. federal holidays and any other day banking institutions are closed.
3. Processing Time
Orders typically take 3–5 business days to be processed and prepared for shipping. Processing time may vary slightly depending on the type of product ordered.
4. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery time is 12–17 business days from the shipment date. Please note this is an estimate provided by carriers. Delays can occur due to holidays, weather, or customs clearance for international shipments.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor the delivery progress of your order.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the number of items in your order:
- $5.99 for the first item
- $1.99 for each additional item
6. Where Do We Ship?
We offer worldwide shipping, except to APO/FPO and P.O. box addresses.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
8. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 4 days after the estimated delivery date. We’ll be happy to send a replacement at no extra cost.
Before we proceed, we may ask you to verify your shipping address or check with your local post office.
If the tracking status shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, reach out to us immediately so we can assist you further.
9. Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will notify you. You may choose to have the item reshipped. In this case, the following reshipping fees will apply:
- $7 per item (U.S. orders)
- $10 per item (International orders)
If the item is not returned to us, you’ll need to place a new order.
10. Returned to Sender
Orders may be returned to us if the address is undeliverable, the package is refused, or it’s unclaimed at customs. You will be notified upon its return. If you’d like it reshipped, updated shipping fees will apply.
11. Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact us right away. We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local courier to see if the package was left in an unexpected location (e.g., behind furniture, on a porch, etc.).
12. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please email us at support@sunflowtee.com with a photo of the item. We’ll send a free replacement or offer a refund for the defective item—whichever you prefer.
