1. Cancellation/Modification Window
You may modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After 12 hours, your order will be processed and sent to production, and changes or cancellations will no longer be possible.
2. How to Request a Change or Cancellation
To request a change or cancellation, please follow these steps:
- Gather your order email, order number (found in your confirmation email), and clearly state your request.
- Email us at support@sunflowtee.com with the subject line:
[Modify/Cancel Order + Your Order Number]
3. Refund Process
- We will review and respond to your request within 1 business day.
- If approved, your refund (for cancelled or modified items) will be processed within 3 business days, based on the value of the cancelled or updated portion of your order.
