Return & Refund Policy

At Sunflowtee, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Please note that all of our items are custom-made, personalized, and produced on demand. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Significantly different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong color, size, or visible printing defects)

Once your order is placed and moves into production, it cannot be modified or canceled. This ensures a smooth fulfillment process and minimizes errors.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with original packaging and a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The issue must fall under one of the following: wrong item, wrong size or color, visible defect, or damage during transit.

If these conditions are not met, we regret that we cannot process your return or exchange—even if the item has been mailed back.

Return & Exchange Instructions

If your item meets the above criteria, please follow these steps:

    • Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  2. Complete the Return Form
    • We will email you a return form and a return code.
    • Print the return label and prepare the package with all original items and packaging.
  3. Ship Your Item
    • Send the item to: 539 W. Commerce St #8396, Dallas, TX 75208, USA
    • Use a trackable shipping method and ensure the barcode on the label is visible.

Note: Return shipping is only free when the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or send a replacement item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 3–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund is posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@sunflowtee.com.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • In such cases, we will cover the cost of reshipping the corrected item to you.
